welcome to architecture for humanity - seattle

"Design like you give a Damn."

This group is an affiliate of Cameron Sinclar's and Kate Stohr's organization of Architecture for Humanity in San Francisco. We were inspired by the national chapter's work, lectures, and writings, and embarked on creating this Seattle chapter with their help and support along with the help and support of other local chapters around the country. We are interested in working to improve the built environment locally while incorporating socially and environmentally responsible design. We're always looking for new members and welcome people of all skill levels and a variety of interests and background. Tent city project is underway!

We visited Tent City 3 on 11/29 to see the process of set up and tear down and to find some insight in preparing our design for the latest project; the storage shed. nick named "the white house" by tent city.
